This role is ideal for detail-oriented empathetic individuals who care about digital safety and want to play a meaningful part in shaping the way content is seen and shared online.

What Youll Do

Review user-generated content on a leading video platform following established community guidelines.
Evaluate categorize and take appropriate action on content that may include sensitive material such as graphic or disturbing imagery.
Maintain the balance between creative expression and community safety by making accurate consistent decisions.
Collaborate with team leads and quality specialists to continuously improve moderation processes and ensure adherence to standards.

What Were Looking For

Fluent in German with at least B2 level English proficiency.
Strong attention to detail emotional resilience and sound judgment in evaluating content.
Comfortable with exposure to sensitive material.
Open to candidates with or without contact center experience full training provided.
Ability to work rotative shifts in a 24/7 environment (including weekends and night shifts).
