What will I be doing

The Catering Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Catering Managers in an administrative capacity by coordinating room blocks and administering reservation requirements for the Catering business segment.

Specifically the Catering Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Coordinates and administers catering group reservations convention group affiliates outside clients and vendor contacts.
Creates information packets for menus hotel brochures and other client materials
Creates business contracts
Prepares official correspondence on behalf of others
Maintains internal files in accordance with companys record retention policy
Prepares special reports as requested
Collaborates with colleagues from other internal departments and external clients
Provides customer service through verbal written and visual communication

What are we looking for

Minimum Years of Experience: one (1) year guest contact or customer experience and administrative experience.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Knowledge of Delphi and OnQ
Administrative Assistant Experience or Front Desk Experience
Hotel industry experience

The Benefits

The estimated hourly rate is $25 per hour and it is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
