Job Summary
Job Opening: Store and Production Assistant SAP
Location: Vasantanarsapura Tumkur
We are currently hiring for the position of Store and Production Assistant with hands-on experience in SAP S4 HANA. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities Area
Create and release production orders in SAP S/4HANA as per the daily/weekly production planning through MRP Run.
Enter day-to-day production data in SAP S/4HANA ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Monitor and update scrap generation data in SAP to support waste reduction and analysis.
Perform reconciliation of line stock with actual production to identify variances and ensure data integrity.
Track and record line rejections analyze reasons and ensure proper SAP documentation.
Coordinate with the planning warehouse and quality teams for smooth production execution.
Generate relevant SAP reports for internal use and management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma or Graduate in Engineering Production or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM) modules is essential.
Good understanding of manufacturing workflows production order cycles and inventory control.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with cross-functional coordination.
