Job Description:

Implement and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Configure Leads Accounts Contacts Opportunities Quotes and Forecasting
Configure Cases Queues Assignment Rules Escalations and Entitlements
Design and optimize Service Console and Sales Console
Implement Automation using Flows Process Builder and Validation Rules
Create and manage Reports & Dashboards
Configure Security Profiles Roles Permission Sets
Support data migration using Data Loader
Work on integrations using REST APIs (basic to intermediate)
Perform UAT deployment and L2/L3 production support
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
