Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Management Trainee Production who
will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day production operations manpower
handling. The candidate should have strong technical understanding and a passion
for manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and supervising daily production activities in the factory
- Monitor production schedules processes and targets to ensure timely delivery
- Handle and coordinate with machine operators and workers
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained across all operations
- Identify and resolve production-related issues efficiently
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
- Prepare daily production and manpower reports
- Contribute to process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma / in Mechanical or Automobile
- Basic knowledge of production processes machines and tools
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Good leadership and team-handling skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
