Job Summary
Retail Sales Executive
- Supervising the delivery of products and services to customers.
- Creating a customer-centric environment that is interactive engaging and reassuring to build customer confidence.
- Adhering to the selling process and organizational policies while maintaining the stores cleanliness and visual appeal.
- Utilizing downtime for self-improvement including enhancing communication skills familiarising with SOPs and managing inventory.
- Executing operational tasks such as paperwork and sales reports related to store opening and closing.
- Addressing customer inquiries about products pricing and billing and handling customer escalations.
- Achieving sales targets by effectively promoting products and services.
- Demonstrating flexibility in working hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Remaining in an enclosed area for the entirety of the shift while assisting customers.
Requirements
- Experienced in Premium Retail Hiring.
- Availability to work during retail hours weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed highly motivated and passionate about sales.
- Proficient in spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
