What Youll Do

Create 3D models and renderings using Microvellum software
Prepare detailed production plans shop drawings and cut lists
Prepare detailed and precise drawings
Work closely with company managers/supervisors to ensure drawings are completed within the set deadlines
Ensure drawings meet quality requirements
Work closely with our cabinet makers to ensure the final product matches the design
Stay up-to-date with the latest cabinet design trends and technologies
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client feedback and making revisions as needed
Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to streamline the design and production process
Design fabricate and install custom cabinets
Interpret manufacturing plans and specifications
Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve project goals
Prepare detailed drawings and plans for cabinetry projects using Cabinet Vision software.
Collaborate with designers project managers and the wider production team to ensure accurate and timely completion of designs.
Review and interpret residential and commercial plans and specifications.
Create and maintain project documentation including drawings revisions and material lists.
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
Assist in problem-solving and providing technical support during the production process.

Requirements

What You Bring

Were looking for someone who:

Minimum 1 year experience with Microvellum
Experience in commercial/residential joinery and installation
Strong proficiency in Cabinet Vision or similar 3D CAD software
Proven experience in the cabinet making or woodworking industry
Excellent technical drawing and drafting skills
Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into functional designs
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Passion for the latest cabinet design trends and technologies

What Youll Do Youll be the kind of person who: Prepare detailed estimates and bid proposals for commercial and high-end residential landscape construction projects. Analyze drawings specifications and project scope to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks. Coordinate take-offs and pricing for materials labor and equipment. Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes. Collaborate with project managers designers and operations teams throughout the pre-construction process. Requirements What You Bring Were looking for someone who: 5 years of estimating experience in landscape construction site development or related field. Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and industry pricing with landscape experience considered an advantage. Proficiency in estimating software is required with experience in Cubit and Buildsoft considered a plus. Ability to read and interpret landscape and civil construction plans. Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
