This role is focused on the technical and administrative setup of accounts immediately after a sale. Ensuring new customer accounts are configured and ready for training delivery by partners. The role requires proactive communication with customers via phone and email ensuring that account setup is completed accurately and promptly.
What Youll Do
Youll be the kind of person who:
- Proactively contact new customers by phone and email following a sale to begin account setup.
- Implement account configuration including adding business details logos and activating all relevant SaaS features.
- Ensure accounts are ready for training by preparing them for partner-led onboarding sessions.
- Coordinate with training partners to provide all required account information ahead of customer training.
- Track onboarding progress and flag any issues to ensure customer go-live readiness.
- Maintain accurate setup documentation and update customer records in internal systems.
- Step in to handle support tickets when other team members are away ensuring continuity of service.
- Work closely with Sales Success and Support teams to ensure seamless handover and aligned communication with customers.
- Continuously review and suggest improvements to the account setup and onboarding process.
- Undertake additional admin duties as required.
