Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Position Title: CAD Drafter
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Salary: Php 40000 - Php 50000
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PH Time
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafter with 35 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings and plans using CAD software ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and industry standards. This role requires strong collaboration with engineers architects and project managers to bring design concepts to life and support successful project execution.
Business Essentials Key Functions
Your Responsibilities as a CAD Drafter would be:
Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD Revit SolidWorks or similar)
Convert sketches specifications and verbal instructions into precise drawings
Revise and update drawings based on engineering or client feedback
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards codes and company guidelines
Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions
Collaborate with engineers architects and project managers
Perform basic calculations related to dimensions and materials
Identify and report design inconsistencies or errors
Support project documentation and drawing submissions
Meet project deadlines and quality standards
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills:
35 years of hands-on experience in CAD drafting (AutoCAD Revit or similar software).
Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and engineering/design principles.
Experience working in a collaborative design environment.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
Ability to interpret architectural or engineering specifications and blueprints.
Associates degree or certification in Drafting Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
Understanding of technical drawings symbols and measurements
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred (Optional)
Background in engineering architecture or drafting
Experience in construction manufacturing or engineering firms
Knowledge of local and international drafting standards
