What youll do

As a hands-on Full Stack Engineer youll partner with the Engineering Lead and the wider Apps & Integrations team to bring one of our newest products to life. Currently at proof-of-concept stage youll play a key role in delivering the MVP and shaping what comes next.

Youll work across both front-end and back-end technologies - though with a stronger focus on front-end development contributing to new initiatives and supporting existing platforms. This is a collaborative role where youll work closely with engineers designers and product managers to deliver high-quality user-focused software that makes an impact.

To make this happen you will:

• Build responsive web apps using SvelteKit/NextJS

• Write and maintain reliable backend services in C#/.NET

• Contribute to architectural decisions and improving our CI/CD and cloud infrastructure

• Squash bugs and maintain the health of existing systems

• Collaborate in agile ceremonies like stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives

• Work collaboratively with team members and a variety of other LEAP personnel.

What youll bring

• 4 years experience in software development

• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript HTML CSS and frameworks like NextJS or Svelte

• Familiarity with backend development using C# or similar

• Experience working with REST APIs databases and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines Git workflows and containers (e.g. Docker)

• Experience with LLMs and other emerging AI technologies

• A collaborative mindset and good communication skills

• Self-motivation and a desire to take ownership of work
