THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aProject Manager for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Project planning andinitiation;
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables;
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation;
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and establish governance structure;
- Identify and monitor interdependencies between various application implementation activities and performing the necessary planning follow-ups with IT development teams;
- Define Test Scenarios perform the tests and support UAT with business key users;
- Provide functional support to business lines on the right use of the tool including the production of the necessary functional documentation and conducting training sessions for keyusers or for other business analysts of the team;
- Assess impact of changes and manage change requests;
- Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes or systems;
- Support training and communication plans.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- 5 years of professional experience in similar roles;
- Solid knowledge of Project Management Tools;
- Experience with MS Project andJira;
- Familiarity with Gantt charts Kanban boards and task tracking;
- Expertise in Data Analysis & Reporting;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables VLOOKUP Power Query macros);
- Knowledge of ERP & Procurement Systems;
- Experience with SAP;
- Understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) workflows and compliance;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
