RPA DEVELOPER - JUNIOR (HYBRID)
Portuguese company hires for HYBRID work
Location:Lisbon Portugal
Working Model:Hybrid -once a week/every 15 days in Client (Lisboa)
Candidates for the vacancy must already be in Portugal
Language Requirements:Fluency in English (mandatory) / Portuguese and Spanish (nice to have)

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in UiPath to design implement and maintain automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation software ensure effective monitoring and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Design develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Perform unit testing to ensure reliability and performance.
- Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms for automation workflows.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and process specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team-oriented environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commitment to high-quality deliverables and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience as an RPA Developer using UiPath.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Additional language skills: Portuguese and/or Spanish.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
