Role Overview

As a SAPFinancial Consolidation Administrator you will act as a functional administratorresponsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Financial Consolidationtool and providing Level1 functional support to users especially during quarterly financial closings.

You will work closely with FinanceAccounting Consolidation and IT teams contributing both to operationalstability and continuous process improvement in a complex financialenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

QuarterlyClosings Support

Create and manage data entry environments

Configure and manage consolidation environments(exchange rates scopes consolidation rules)

Administer the security module (ownergroups functional profiles data access groups)

Provide functional user support (credentialsblocking controls access issues)

Ensure dataquality and consistency between the consolidation tool andother systems (ERPs data warehouses)

Monitor application performance via the administration console

ProcessImprovement & Documentation

Participate in process improvement initiatives

Maintain and enrich technical and functional documentation

Data& Financial Knowledge Development

Apply financial and data knowledge to evolve and enrich the data model

Support business requirements related toconsolidation and reporting

Required Background

Solid financialand accounting knowledge

Strong interest in information systems and data

Minimum 34years of experience in a similar functional administration role(senior profiles expected: 6 years)

Languages (Mandatory)

English:B2 minimum (C1 required if French is not spoken)

French:B2 ideal (B1 accepted with willingness to learn)

Technical & FunctionalSkills

Technical/ Functional

Experience with Financial Consolidation or EPM tools(SAP Financial Consolidation is a plus)

Knowledge of data modelling and database architecture

Understanding of financial consolidation processes

Basic knowledge of IFRS standards

Tools& Technologies

EPM / Consolidation tools: SAP FC Hyperion Financial ManagementOracle Tagetik (or similar)

Data & reporting tools: Excel PowerPoint SAS Python TableauPower BI Alteryx Dataiku

Soft Skills

Strong collaborationand organizational skills

Clear communicationand synthesis ability

Excellent interpersonalskills

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in amulticultural environment

Additional Information

Availability to travel within and outside Portugal

Willingness to work outside regular hours in exceptionalsituations (on-calls)

Possibility of remote work within thehybrid model
