What Youll Do:
Run 10-15 confirmed in-home appointments each week (no cold calls or door knocking).
Present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions to homeowners.
Complete paid training then keep growing with ongoing sales coaching.
Work with a supportive team in a fast-paced rewarding environment.
What Youll Get:
OTE: $125000-$250000/year ($36K base commission then full commission after 6 months).
Paid training uncapped commission program. This is a W-2 position.

What Were Looking For:
Reliable vehicle valid drivers license.
Willingness to work Monday-Saturday (Saturdays required).
Sales or in-home sales experience is a plus but not required-well train you.
