As a Jewelry Consultant you will help customers find the perfect jewelry through different ways: face-to-face meetings online appointments phone calls or live chat. Your role is to assist customers in choosing from our beautiful luxury jewelry collection.
By achieving and even surpassing sales goals in a busy environment you create special experiences while celebrating important moments in our customers lives.
**What You Will Do:**- Use sales methods and knowledge about jewelry to help customers make choices during appointments and walk-ins making their experiences memorable.
- Handle many sales inquiries through email live chat and phone calls to meet your sales targets while providing a luxury experience.
- Warmly greet and assist customers to help them with their purchases making each interaction special.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to help and inform customers about pick-ups exchanges resizing and other questions.
- Call customers to confirm their in-store appointments and answer any questions they might have.
- Review customer feedback and online comments working with your team to improve customer experiences and your sales results.
- Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all customers by following rules in the showroom.
- Open and/or close the showroom.- Use our system to organize your tasks and communicate with other teams.
- Share our mission of building a kinder more transparent jewelry industry.
