Job Summary
Were hiring driven advisors who are passionate about helping families secure the protection they need. You will work exclusively with warm inbound leads and guide clients through benefit explanations needs analysis and plan recommendations. This is a commission-only position designed for individuals seeking autonomy flexible scheduling and the ability to build a performance-based income. Youll conduct virtual consultations educate clients and assist with applications from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Work with warm leads seeking coverage
Conduct Zoom or phone consultations
Explain product options and guide families through decisions
Submit applications and assist clients through underwriting
Maintain organized follow-up communication
Requirements
Life & Health License (or ability to obtain)
Pass background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Coachable self-motivated reliable
Sales/customer service experience helpful
