Job Summary
You will support clients who have expressed interest in insurance solutions by conducting virtual meetings identifying needs and recommending plans. This role is fully remote and commission-only built for high-initiative individuals who want flexible scheduling and performance-driven earnings. Youll provide education answer questions and help clients complete applications.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound warm leads
Run scheduled client appointments
Explain coverage types and pricing
Submit applications accurately
Stay organized with follow-ups
Requirements
L&H License or willingness to obtain
Must pass background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Required Skills:
Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen. Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated disciplined and coachable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required (training is provided).
