Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our organizations revenue growth and market expansion initiatives. This individual will design implement and mature an enterprise-wide sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and client needs.
This role requires a strategic leader who can close complex deals communicate confidently with C-level executives and guide teams through the full sales cycle while fostering a culture of performance integrity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Management
- Develop implement and continuously improve the organizations sales strategies pipelines and processes.
- Manage and drive multiple revenue channels simultaneously (e.g. direct sales channel partnerships inbound/outbound).
- Define sales milestones KPIs and success metrics (quotas/OTE); ensure on-time delivery of revenue targets.
- Integrate market trends and competitive analysis into strategic and operational decision-making processes.
Business Development & Growth
- Maintain account roadmaps aligned with organizational growth goals.
- Oversee proposal development contract negotiations and RFPs coordinating with CEO
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including sales playbooks value propositions and CRM data integrity.
- Lead market awareness and brand positioning initiatives across the target industry.
Client Relationship Management
- Identify assess and monitor client needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update the enterprise client portfolio; develop retention and upselling strategies.
- Deliver executive-level reporting on sales performance forecasting and pipeline health.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership service teams and prospective clients.
- Mentor junior sales representatives to develop internal sales expertise and closing skills.
- Represent the organization with professionalism in client meetings conferences and executive discussions.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support deal closures and communicate product value to prospective clients.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or related field.
- 3 years of managerial experience in Sales Business Development.
- Proven experience leading enterprise sales cycles and managing cross-functional revenue teams.
- Ability to work with C-level executives and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results independently.
Preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CSP CSAM or MBA.
- Experience in highly regulated industries or complex B2B environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to support overall business growth initiatives.
- A client-facing attitude with the potential to grow into a leadership.
