Job Description:
The HR Recruiter at T&N will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for loan positions in the BFSI sector. The role will involve screening resumes conducting interviews and collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Source screen and interview candidates for loan recruitment roles in the BFSI industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in the BFSI sector.
- Knowledge of loan recruitment processes and regulations in the financial industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
