- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in the BFSI sector.
- Knowledge of loan recruitment processes and regulations in the financial industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
