- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that attract and engage convenience market shoppers
- Oversee all customer touchpoints including social media flyers offline and online platforms loyalty programs and in-store activations
- Lead the customer experience journey from store entry to checkout ensuring consistency and excellence across all formats
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Trade Marketing Operations) to align marketing initiatives with promotions pricing and assortment strategies in order to drive traffic conversion and loyalty
- Manage weekly/monthly promotional calendars ensuring effective communication to maximize traffic and sales uplift
- Conduct shopper insight analysis and track consumer behavior to inform decision-making and optimize marketing investments
- Coordinate with external agencies creative partners and media to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Monitor and control marketing budgets ensuring efficiency and ROI.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field. MBA is a plus
- At least 7 years of experience in retail marketing preferably in food retail or FMCG with 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of shopper marketing customer loyalty programs and digital marketing
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs (traffic conversion basket size frequency)
- Data driven mindset with ability to translate numbers and insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication leadership and project management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
