Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative coordination across departments.
- Support HR and finance functions including document management reporting and record-keeping.
- Prepare and maintain operational and financial reports as required.
- Support special projects compliance tasks and ad hoc assignments.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resource Management Accounting or related fields. (Currently studying candidates may also apply.)
- Professional or part qualification in HRM or Finance (e.g. AAT CIMA ACCA) is an advantage.
- 12 years of experience in HR operations administration or finance functions.
- Exposure to administrative coordination or operational support roles is preferred.
- Internship or training experience in similar fields is considered for fresh graduates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR or accounting software systems.
- Strong organizational and document management skills and ability to prepare and maintain reports accurately.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks and assist in special projects as needed.
- Commitment to compliance confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills high attention to detail and accuracy strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ability to handle confidential information responsibly effective time management and multitasking skills with a positive attitude willingness to learn and proactive approach.
