About the client:

Our client is a leading mobility solutions provider revolutionising urban transportation through innovative technology-driven solutions. Join a dynamic team shaping the future of smart mobility.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative coordination across departments.
  • Support HR and finance functions including document management reporting and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and maintain operational and financial reports as required.
  • Support special projects compliance tasks and ad hoc assignments.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resource Management Accounting or related fields. (Currently studying candidates may also apply.)
  • Professional or part qualification in HRM or Finance (e.g. AAT CIMA ACCA) is an advantage.
  • 12 years of experience in HR operations administration or finance functions.
  • Exposure to administrative coordination or operational support roles is preferred.
  • Internship or training experience in similar fields is considered for fresh graduates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR or accounting software systems.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills and ability to prepare and maintain reports accurately.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks and assist in special projects as needed.
  • Commitment to compliance confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills high attention to detail and accuracy strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ability to handle confidential information responsibly effective time management and multitasking skills with a positive attitude willingness to learn and proactive approach.
