Executive - Business Analyst
Job brief
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join the Hayleys Agriculture Sector as an Executive Business Analyst. The selected candidate will be part of the Strategic Business Development Unit of the sector and will play a key role in supporting the effective management of financial operations. This role will contribute to driving strategic initiatives and enhancing operational excellence across the business units of the sector.
Responsibilities:
Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision making within the agriculture sector and prepare forecast financials of new projects.
Support business planning forecasting and performance evaluation through accurate data interpretation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements for business expansion plans.
Engage in tax planning strategies for new ventures.
Identify trends risks and opportunities by analyzing financial operational and market-related data.
Assist in preparing management presentations business reviews and analytical reports.
Required Skills Experience and Competencies:
Bachelors degree or equivalent Professional qualification (part qualification in ACCA CIMA) from a recognized University/Institute in Finance Analytics Statistics Economics or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business/data analysis or a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in analytical tools and software (Excel Power BI SAP or similar systems).
Strong numerical analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
High attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
