About the role
As an Online Sales Category Manager youll be the driving force behind Fittys online business. You will lead category strategy drive sales and manage key relationships across major E-commerce and Q-commerce platforms. This role requires a data-driven strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can own numbers optimize spends and directly impact growth.

Specifically this role will involve:
  • Build and execute category growth strategies across Q-commerce (Blinkit Zepto Swiggy Instamart etc.).
  • Plan and deliver annual and quarterly revenue pricing and promotion targets.
  • Track market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and optimize product positioning.
  • Own category P&L - ensuring revenue margins and profitability goals are achieved.
  • Drive sales through assortment planning inventory management and pricing strategy.
  • Collaborate with demand planning and supply chain teams for seamless availability.
  • Build strong relationships with category and marketing managers across platforms.
  • Negotiate visibility slots marketing campaigns and favorable commercial terms.
  • Manage marketing budgets across platform ads and performance marketing.
  • Track ROI and optimize ad spends for efficient growth.
  • Monitor performance metrics campaign results and consumer trends.
  • Share insights and recommendations with leadership teams.
Ideal candidate will have :
  • 3 years of experience in online category management ( Q-commerce).
  • Proven track record of driving growth and managing large budgets.
  • Strong analytical negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel analytics dashboards and marketplace tools.
  • Strong business acumen with a growth-driven mindset.
  • Experience in FMCG nutraceuticals or D2C brands (preferred).
  • Exposure to product launches and category scaling (preferred).
  • Hustler mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth-stage environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
