Its distribution network currently exports to 12 countries in Africa and Asia
Job Overview
We are seeking a Country Head to lead and expand our 3-wheeler business operations across Ghana. This is a strategic leadership role that requires an entrepreneurial mindset deep industry knowledge and strong business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and appoint a local business partner for 3-wheeler operations in Ghana.
- Lead and support the partner in setting up and expanding the 3-wheeler distribution network.
- Drive market penetration and brand visibility across key regions.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain finance marketing) to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade and business regulations.
Requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelors in Business Administration or related field (Masters in Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the 3-wheeler industry.
- Proven leadership negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and deliver targets.
- Multilingual skills and cultural adaptability are a strong plus.
Required Skills:
Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelors in Business Administration or related field (Masters in Marketing preferred). Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the 3-wheeler industry. Proven leadership negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently under pressure and deliver targets. Multilingual skills and cultural adaptability are a strong plus.
