We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our internal team. Reporting to the Director you will primarily be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and leveraging existing networks to promote our services. You will also oversee and guide digital marketing and sales support functions ensuring that all marketing initiatives effectively align with and contribute to business development goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through research networking and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to generate leads and promote HR services.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management and the team on market demands and client preferences.
- Prepare and submit regular (monthly and quarterly) sales reports detailing activities progress and achieved targets.
- Represent the company at events and conferences to attract new business and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and agreements/contracts.
Requirements
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in sales preferably in the HR consulting or professional services industry.
- Must possess a strong understanding of sales processes lead generation digital/traditional marketing and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently meet deadlines and exceed targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
- Possess a high level of professionalism organisation and time management skills.
- Possess excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Must be resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
Must have at least a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. Must have at least three (3) years of experience in sales preferably in the HR consulting or professional services industry.
