JOB OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit onboard and develop quality sales agents to build a strong and effective sales team.
  

• Lead inspire and motivate team members to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  

• Conduct structured and impactful training sessions to improve product knowledge sales techniques and customer service skills.
  

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive high-quality business.
  

• Set performance targets for team members monitor achievements and provide continuous coaching and constructive feedback.
  

• Support the team in developing strong long-term client relationships to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
  

• Ensure thorough vetting of proposal forms and timely submission of required documentation.
  

• Demonstrate professional sales practices and ensure excellent client service delivery at all times.
  

• Prepare and present reports on team performance market insights competitor activities and sales forecasts to Branch Managers.

Requirements

• Minimum of a University Diploma or a recognized Professional Qualification in Insurance.
  

• At least one (1) year of experience in a sales leadership role or three (3) years as a top-performing Life Insurance Sales Agent.
  

• Demonstrated ability in Sales Agency Recruitment.
  

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire guide and energize team members toward achieving set KPIs.
  

• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  

• Skilled in coaching mentoring and developing team members for improved performance.
  

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
  

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  

• In-depth understanding of sales processes and the life insurance industry.
