Job Summary
Our client is on the hunt for a Head of the Dev Team a code-loving solution-slaying people-growing leader who knows how to merge strategy with software. If youre fluent in code collaboration and controlled chaos and you get a buzz from building smart systems and even smarter humans keep reading.
Lead Like You Mean It: Set the tone for a culture where curiosity clean code and caffeine-powered creativity thrive
Architect the Awesome: Think microservices APIs cloud integrations and zero spaghetti code
Mentor Mode: Grow your team into full-stack superheroes. Youll coach challenge and celebrate every win
Keep it Ship-Shape: Oversee delivery across multiple projects from planning to pushing to prod (with testing refactoring and laughs in-between)
Shape the Stack: Help define the tech roadmap and make smart future-proof decisions
What you Bring to the Terminal:
Minimum 3 years of leading dev teams like a legend
A degree or diploma in IT / Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent battle tested experience)
Strong hands-on coding skills whether its JavaScript Python C# or whatever your stack of choice is
Passion for mentoring motivating and managing actual humans (not just Jira tickets)
Proven experience with Agile modern system design and the occasional production war story
Bring your whole self to work (yes that includes your Star Wars socks and VSCode theme opinions)
Ready to Lead the Dev Squad Bring your spark to a team where code meets creativity and the coffee is always strong.
