Job Summary

THE JOB
Were seeking a skilled warehouse manager to join our team! You will develop team members by 1:1 coaching training and working with other department leads to cross train your staff. Youll oversee a team responsible for items being checked in to fulfillment and production teams. Youll help us Fight for Better by improving our warehouse efficiency with updated processes procedures and trainings. We focus on recruiting determined positive and reliable people who are passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

3 years of people management experience
Warehouse experience preferred
Calm organized and effective under pressure
Proficient in Outlook and Excel
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet physical demands like standing and color recognition

Monday - Friday
8:30 am - 5:00 pm
