Job Summary

Our client a prestigious Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Client Services/Hospitality Representative to join their Midtown New York office.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment for clients managing high-volume communication and ensuring the smooth operation of the offices day-to-day services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume phone communication and client inquiries

  • Greet clients with professionalism and warmth

  • Oversee the reservation and setup of conference rooms

  • Maintain kitchen pantries and office supply inventory

  • Provide administrative support including typing photocopying filing and assisting with special projects as required


Qualifications :

  • Experience in a professional office environment (legal or corporate preferred)

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Proficiency with basic office software (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable with administrative duties including light typing filing and photocopying

  • A professional demeanor and a stable background (no temp/contract experience)
