Job Description
Oversees and facilitates Specialty Nurse Fellowship Program following established standards and expectations. Focus on continuing professional development and education for nurses new to specialty area. Various responsibilities focus on developing educational programs and processes to promote professional development for nurses through the organization.
Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures. Position Details:
Hours: Days
Candidate will facilitate ED fellowship program to align with ENA scope and standards of practice
Work collaboratively with nursing professional development practitioners and nurse residency coordinator as nurses transition into the specialty area.
Candidate will facilitate a Critical Care fellowship program to align with the AACN Scope and Standards of Practice.
Candidate will also look at other fellowship programs within the northeast to support our trauma and critical care specialties
Travel required as needed
Minimum of 3 years of Nursing experience
Bachelors Degree - Nursing required
Education:
