Duration: 1 Year (with possible extension)

Shift: 1st Shift 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Position Overview:
The Supply Management Specialist I provides entry-level sourcing and supply chain support focusing on supplier performance cost analysis and material flow optimization. This role involves executing Enterprise Product Delivery and Order Fulfillment processes managing supplier relationships and ensuring cost efficiency and compliance within procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) cost reduction initiatives and supplier selection based on quality cost and lead time.
- Conduct make vs. buy studies spend analysis and invoice issue resolution.
- Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) to ensure timely product and design updates.
- Develop and execute inventory and material flow plans to meet asset management goals.
- Manage supplier performance using the Achieving Excellence process; implement corrective actions where needed.
- Resolve supplier-related issues across functions (quality product engineering logistics).
- Drive continuous improvement in cost delivery and quality performance.
- Prepare and analyze supplier cost data and limited industry analyses.
