Summary:
IT Procurement Specialists manage sourcing purchasing and vendor relationships for IT products and services ensuring cost-efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate IT vendors and products.
Negotiate contracts and manage procurement budgets.
Ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and software.
Maintain vendor relationships and SLAs.
Track inventory and asset management.
Collaborate with IT teams to assess requirements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Prepare reports on procurement activities.
Analyze market trends for cost optimization.
Support audits and vendor evaluations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in IT Supply Chain or related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT procurement.
Knowledge of vendor management and contract negotiation.

Preferred Skills/Duties:

Experience with procurement software.
Understanding of IT products and services.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
