Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Human Capital Management Training Specialist to support the implementation of talent solutions and performance management programs. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive training and provide technical expertise on the latest HRIS focusing on optimizing talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on the states human resources information system Workday ().
- Support agency recruiters with best practices for talent acquisition including interviewing and hiring.
- Analyze data to produce reports and presentations on training effectiveness.
- Maintain and update training materials based on best practices and feedback.
- Conduct both virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions.
Required Skills:
- Experience in delivering training through various methods (in-person online etc.).
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in program management and organization.
- Technologically savvy with a solid understanding of HRIS systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
