We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to own and execute our marketing strategy drive brand growth and scale user acquisition while positioning Nairabox as the go-to platform for lifestyle and entertainment across Nigeria.
Role Overview
As Marketing Lead you will lead strategy campaigns and execution across digital offline and partnership channels. You will be responsible for strengthening Nairaboxs brand presence driving ticket sales engaging event organizers and building strong consumer connections.
This role requires creativity data-driven decision-making and strong leadership to manage campaigns that cut through Nigerias vibrant lifestyle and entertainment space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and own Nairaboxs marketing strategy across digital offline and experiential touchpoints.
Define positioning messaging and brand narrative to differentiate Nairabox in the market.
Lead the marketing team managing day-to-day execution timelines and performance.
Brand & Campaign Management
Plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital influencer outdoor PR and experiential).
Drive campaigns around major concerts cinema and lifestyle events to maximize ticket sales.
Monitor brand consistency across all channels and ensure creative excellence.
Digital & Growth Marketing
Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media SEO Google Ads Meta Ads TikTok and programmatic platforms.
Drive user acquisition and retention through performance marketing CRM loyalty programs and referral initiatives.
