About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth strengthening the companys market presence and overseeing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong leadership abilities excellent business acumen and a deep understanding of modern sales and marketing practices.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure productivity and high performance.
Identify new business opportunities market trends and competitive activities.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns digital marketing initiatives and brand promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
Set sales targets monitor performance and ensure targets are consistently met.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
Manage and optimize the companys marketing budget and sales forecasting.
Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to top management.
Collaborate with other departments to support product development operations and overall business growth.
Represent the company at trade shows conferences and networking events.
Ensure compliance with company policies brand guidelines and industry standards.
Job Requirements
HND/ Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration Economics or related field (Masters Degree is an added advantage).
Minimum of 710 years of solid experience in sales and marketing with at least 4 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing branding CRM tools and market analysis.
Excellent leadership communication negotiation and team management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Must be able to work on Lagos Island or nearby areas.
High level of professionalism creativity and problem-solving skills.
