Develop implement manage and oversee Sales and Marketing strategies and activities
Prepare the Sales and Marketing budget
Conduct and evaluate market research
Develop new strategies to respond to changing competitive conditions in the market
Monitor the sales and marketing activities of competitor companies
Conduct data analysis and research to identify target customer segments
Qualifications :
University graduate (preferably from Tourism and Hospitality Management programs)
Minimum of 25 years of experience in similar positions at 5-star city or business hotels
Experienced in Sales and Marketing techniques
Proficient in English (a second foreign language is considered an asset)
Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills
Holds a valid drivers license and actively drives
