Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and develop strategies to support our organizations goals. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions including recruitment training compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
- SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible HR management experience preferably in public sector or county government
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee recruitment onboarding and training processes
- Manage employee compensation benefits and performance evaluation programs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and drive organizational success
- Lead and manage HR team to deliver high-quality services to employees
