Job Title: Part Time Field Network Specialist (Remote)

of the most widely recognized Cloud-Hosted VoIP Providers in the US. We deliver state-of-the-art cloud-hosted phone services utilizing the finest feature-rich platform available in the US.

Overview: We are looking for a part-time contractor to fill the position of
Field Network Engineer. The primary responsibility will be assisting in the deployment of cellular SIM cards to our clients across the United States.
We are seeking a proactive professional who possesses excellent communication skills and a result-driven attitude. The ideal candidate should consistently take the initiative demonstrate resourcefulness and excel in problem-solving. This role will be conducted remotely under the guidance of our Field Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure you have all relevant information before the installation begins.

• Contact a client at the scheduled time

• Closely follow the steps for replacing SIM cards

• Complete the testing checklist

• Complete the documentation

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Two years of networking experience

• A college diploma or equivalent is required

• It is essential to have outstanding communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organization time management and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently as well as take instruction from team members

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and strategies

• Knowledge of network routing and switching infrastructure technologies

• Basic knowledge of Voice over IP technologies

• Outstanding analytical ability with attention to detail

• Excellent back-office skills (Microsoft Word Outlook Visio and Excel)

• Exceptional analytical ability with attention to detail

• Demonstrated leadership and a sense of project ownership

• Experience with Linux and Asterisk is a significant advantage.

Schedule: 9:00PM - 12:00AM PH Time
