PHILIPPINE-BASED FILIPINO APPLICANTS
As the Customer Success Specialist you will serve as the main point of contact for customers handling their inquiries regarding services products and installations. Operating both in the warehouse and out on the farm you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients satisfaction establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
Your key responsibility will be to understand our clients needs and challenges post-sale and to proactively address them. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our services installation of our product and to identify areas for improvement.
As a member of a remote team you must communicate effectively with your colleagues feel comfortable raising issues or questions and offer insights.
The Communication to the Farmers during the Customer Onboarding Process
The successful processing of the sales contracting process (i.e. Quotes to Contracts) and
The successful onboarding of the customer to the business (i.e. Contracts to Billing) and
The successful installation of the farmers solar system.
Be the interface between the company and the customer
Ensure that the customer is fully informed of the process and timelines for the solar installation
Consistently improve the customer communication journey
Become a trusted and engaged member of the dairy industry
Foster strong relationships and ensure their ongoing satisfaction
Generate new leads and referrals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role with sales know-how in the Australian or New Zealand or US solar industry.
- A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has experience in using Spreadsheet and Excel
- Demonstrated experience in billing is required
- A positive mindset self-motivation and willingness to learn.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of your responsibilities.
- Extremely competent in problem solving with the ability to de-escalate issues.
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position it is important to note that this is a full-time rolenot a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible)
Use of time tracking software during work hours
Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift

Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

1. Monthly Salary: Php 35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month

Required Skills:
Experience: 5 years in electrical estimating focusing on solar PV and BESS including tender submissions in the Australian commercial sector. Technical Skills: Strong ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications; deep knowledge of solar PV/BESS systems and commissioning. Stakeholder Engagement: Experienced in liaising with suppliers/subcontractors and skilled in negotiation and communication. Qualifications: Electrical trade qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering. Software Proficiency: Familiar with Simpro or similar job management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Industry Knowledge: Well-versed in Australian renewable energy regulations and standards. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented analytical organised and effective in team-based fast-paced environments.
