You will pick up where our technical team leaves off. Once our estimators build the file You are the Closer. Your job is to pick up the phone engage with insurance adjusters and ensure our clients get every penny they are owed.
We are not looking for roofing experts; we are looking for fearless communicators. If you have a background in sales collections or customer retention we can teach you the insurance policies. We cant teach grityou need to bring that with you.

What You Will Do

- Verbal Jiu-Jitsu: When an adjuster denies a valid line item you dont hang up. You use the data provided by our Estimators to explain why they are wrong and why they need to pay.
- Climb the Ladder: If a Desk Adjuster stalls you dont wait. You escalate the file to their Supervisor or the Insurance Agent to get movement.
- Close the Loop: You manage the file until the final check is cut and the project is fully funded.
