Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to farmers and agri-business owners from provided lead lists to inform them about new products promotions and schemes.
  • Sales and Promotion: Explain product features benefits and pricing in a clear and compelling way to generate interest and secure sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information resolve inquiries and address complaints professionally.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new sales leads and opportunities through effective questioning and conversation with potential customers.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions sales calls and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Market Feedback: Collect market and customer feedback to share with the sales and product development teams.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about all agricultural products and services offered including their benefits and applications.
