Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EDT

Total weekly hours: 40 Hours

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to provide insurance leads
Engage prospects in conversations about insurance needs and solutions
Handle objections and overcome hesitations during sales conversations
Conduct live transfers of interested prospects to the insurance agent
Set appointments for qualified prospects when live transfers arent possible
Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate records of call activities and prospect interactions

Requirements:

Natural English Speaker: Must possess fluency with a clear natural accent.
Exceptional Communicator: A confident and comfortable phone presence is essential. You must be a natural conversationalist who enjoys talking to people.
Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on providing excellent service.
Cold Calling Confidence: Demonstrable experience and comfort with making outbound calls including cold calls.
Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management tracking and reporting.
Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-oriented individual who can work independently to meet goals.
