We are looking for a high-performing Tech Sales Representative with proven experience in real estate technology or SaaS sales. The ideal candidate knows how to prospect pitch and close deals confidently managing subscription plans valued at $30K per month. What Youll Do
- Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts for an AI-powered real estate platform (subscription-based).
- Identify prospect and qualify realtors mortgage brokers lawyers and proptech companies.
- Deliver compelling demos clearly articulating value propositions and ROI.
- Close deals efficiently with confidence integrity and a client-first mindset.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead outreach to contract signing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and nurture funnel performance.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports.
- Stay current on product updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum 23 years of experience in B2B SaaS or real estate tech sales.
- Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed monthly targets of $30K in sales.
- Experience using CRMs (HubSpot Pipedrive or similar).
- Consultative communicator able to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach via email LinkedIn and phone.
- KPI-obsessed and motivated to exceed targets while maintaining professionalism.
- Tech-savvy adaptable and able to explain complex software simply and effectively.
- A team player who thrives in a results-oriented entrepreneurial culture.
