Job Summary
Position: Business Development/ Capture Analyst/ Market Research Analysts
Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Location
Work Timings: 12 PM to 10 PM IST
Role:
The Analyst will support Oteemos growth objectives by executing daily Business Development tasks ensuring pipeline health and providing analysis to strengthen capture execution.
Must-Have (Core Requirements)
- Executive communication skills able to engage present and follow up with senior leaders.
- Sales research and outreach ability demonstrated experience identifying contacting and tracking potential partners or customers.
- Data processing and analysis strong Excel skills (pivot tables reporting dashboards) and comfort cleaning/structuring data.
- Presentation creation experience building executive-facing decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) that clearly convey insights and recommendations.
- Pipeline documentation and tracking disciplined in logging outreach maintaining contact plans and ensuring reporting accuracy.
Strongly Preferred
- Prior role in business development support market research or sales operations.
- 25 years in structured reporting and customer engagement roles.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce Zoho or similar).
Nice-to-Have (Differentiators)
- Experience working with global or U.S.-based teams across time zones and cultures.
- Background in IT services consulting or SaaS business models.
- Strong English writing/editing skills for reports and summaries.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and quickly self-learning new systems.
Qualifications :
MBA in Marketing & Sales
