Who Youll Work With:

Investment professionals have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of projects and be staffed on a number of assignments at once. The team members benefit from wide deal exposure and have the opportunity to assume integral roles on the deal teams.

As a team member of the Real Estate Debt team you will be involved in transactions including:

New loan originations
Refinancings
Recapitalizations
Wide variety of deal flow across the capital structure (senior whole loan mezz etc.) across Europe and across asset classes and business plans etc.

What Youll Do:

Financial analysis and modelling
Market research
Competitive analysis
Development of investment committee presentations
Assistance in the execution of transactions
Be involved in various due diligence work streams as requested including:Asset risk evaluations
Cash flow analysis
Market comparisons
Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use

Candidate Profile:

Strong communication skills
A demonstrated ability to write effectively
Ability to work independently and proactively to identify and advance transactions
Team-oriented; excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop collaborative relationships at all levels in the organization
Great attention to detail
Good judgement
Previous finance or real estate internship experience
1-2 years of experience with a real estate private equity firm lender owner/ operator investment bank or broker
