Logistics Executive in Gandhinagar
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team in this role you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of our supply chain processes. As a crucial link between suppliers transportation and customers you will be responsible for optimizing our logistics operations ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers transportation providers and customers.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement necessary changes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments transactions and inventories.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to logistics and transportation.
- Suggest strategies for cost reduction and improved service performance.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with logistics service providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective logistics strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in logistics and supply chain management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management business or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
