The Opportunity:

Summary of Duties

This position supports student success accountability and well-being through a combination of advocacy case management and administrative support. It assists with the management of the student conduct processincluding policy interpretation case investigation documentation and sanction compliance.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating records and data management preparing reports drafting communications and responding to information requests. The position develops and reviews office procedures supervises student staff and contributes to departmental initiatives. As a front-line resource it provides intake support information and referrals to students families and campus stakeholders ensuring timely and effective responses that align with university standards and compliance requirements.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time (100% FTE) permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.

Monthly Salary:

$3750.85 - $5397.56 Commensurate with experience and qualifications

In accordance with RCW 49.58.110 the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidates current experience education skills and abilities related to the position.

Required Qualifications

  • Positions require a Bachelors degree and two (2) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. A Masters degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a yearforyear basis.

  • Computer knowledge including proficiency with Windows based computer system and Microsoft applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Education Counseling Psychology Human Development Criminal Justice or related field.

  • Experience interacting with college aged students in a professional setting.
