Your New Role...

ハリーポッターショップ赤坂原宿にてワークフォースプランナー業務のサポートを担当していただきますベンダー管理や発注支払い勤怠シフト作成などを通じて店舗運営を支援し業務効率化にも積極的に取り組んでいただきますバックオフィス業務やオンボーディング対応などショップ運営に関わる幅広い業務をサポートも担当します

Your Role Accountabilities...

• WBDの財務システムを使用し発注書を作成支出を追跡監視を行う必要に応じてベンダーへの未払い分のフォローアップを行う

• バックオフィスにてインフラ整備備品の在庫管理外部ベンダーとの調整業務を行う

• 新規入社スタッフのオンボーディングをサポートしセキュリティ部門と連携して入館パスの手配を行う

• 勤怠管理システムのモニターを行うワークフォースプランナーおよびリテールのチームメンバーが正確に勤怠記録を行えるようサポートする

• WBSJの他コーディネーターやメンバーと連携する

• マネージャーから指示されるショップ運営に関する様々な業務をサポートする

Qualifications & Experiences...

• 観光業やエンターテインメント施設などにてチームのスケジューリング経験

• 小売業またはサービス業にてシフト制の勤務管理人員計画経験

• コーディネーターまたはアドミニストレーションアシスタント事務補佐としての経験

• 小売業界での勤務経験があれば望ましい
