JOB SUMARY

The basic job description is as follows. However we may support other sections of the engineering department as required for hotel operations.

In addition the work of this position shall be based on the shift determined by the superior.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Management supervision of management supporters

  • He manages and supervises LPO andAsahi Facilities operations with Mg. Make sure that the selection and procedure are ready at the time of the request for the start of theAsahi Facilities business.
  • Oversee the hiest-target and risk avoidance of the hotels construction costs and provide operational instructions to the LPO andAsahi Facilities.

Manage Deal Requests and Hissites

  • Create and sort project hiestions and project requests in Excel tables and describe and update linkages
  • Manage and supervise the progress of projects and sort them into rooms and pages

Enter the project instructed by the manager into the system

  • Manage and supervise project requests and enter them into the system (enter project instructions into the system for virtual orders)
  • Manage and supervise project hiestions and input them into the system
  • Manage and supervise the progress of projects and input them into the system

Purchase Order Requests (POs) and Invoice Management

  • Create manage and modify Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices into the system

Draft Review

  • Manage and supervise the draft review of the project and report to Mg
  • Manage and supervise draft reviews of projects and make corrections (if not available)

Management and supervision ofAsahi Facilities operations

  • Instruct the management and supervision of Asafan operations and report toAsahi Securities if progress is not made as instructed.

PO Management and Supervision

  • Direct the management and supervision of purchase orders (POs) and report if there are no corrections
  • Direct the management and supervision of the purchase order (PO) and direct corrections if there are any corrections (quality and detail)

Oversight of invoice management

  • Direct invoice management and report if there are no corrections
  • Direct the management and supervision of invoices and direct corrections if there are any corrections (quality and detail)

Management and supervision of manager-directed projects

  • Request the LPO for the managers instructions check the progress of the project with the LPO and receive a completion report
  • Manage and supervise the progress of projects and enter the progress of projects into an Excel table.
