Internal Communication admin & Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities:

①Internal Communications

CHO(Chief Happiness Officer)としてのアクション

Happiness Committee (社内イベント委員会の 呼称)の全体リード意見の取り纏めや委員会の運営議事録作成等

各月のイベント運営

各月にアサインされたリード(委員会メンバーの中から選出と協働し 決められた予算の中で社員の交流/コミュニケーション活性に伴うイベントの運営や社内広報としてのアクション開催後のレビュー分析を行う

イレギュラーイベント運営

Family DayやKick offといったイレギュラーイベントに対しても計画立案から実施までを円滑にオンタイムで行う(業者との折衝多々あり

②Facilities

E(Environment)H(Health)S(Safety)全般業務

-Global Sustainable Teamとコミュニケーションを取りながら専用システムへのCO2等の情報入力報告

-ISO14001の認証継続監査対応

-Office Relocation/Renovation時の対応

-Global Security Teamとの日常コミュニケーションIncident発生時のレポート等

-健康診断/ストレスチェックの実施管理全般

-衛生委員会事務局

-オフィス環境管理(月に1度 千葉県柏倉庫への外出あり

-BCPマニュアルのアップデート

-規定のアップデート

-安否確認システム(グローバル指定のシステムの為英語ですの管理運用と災害時のGlobal Risk Management Teamへのレポート

-請求書処理等の事務処理

-ビルオーナー等との折衝コミュニケーション

*①をメインで行っていただきながら常にデイリータスクがあるわけではないので

②の業務をマルチタスクで進めていただきます業務比率はその時の状況に応じて変動

しますので①②両方の業務に携わっていただきます

• 0>11>2をこれまでの経験や様々な情報をリサーチし自立して創ることができる創造完了まで
• 様々なステークホルダーとの間で自身の意見を述べ情報集約しゴールに導ける
• 独創力自発性協調性を兼ね備えている
• 物事や発生事案を主観的/客観的に見ることができる
• 複数回のプロジェクト経験リード/サブリード経験があれば尚可大小や成功失敗問わず
• 社内広報の経験あれば尚可
• タイム/プロジェクト/タスク/セルフ/ベンダーマネジメントができる
• 対外向けの折衝経験
• ホスピタリティ
• 英語に抵抗がなければ可
